Roots

Let's say you wanted to entirely transform the state of a plant.
Would you...
A) Swap the leaves
B) Redesign the branch
C) Replace the soil
D) Decorate the outside
E) Tell it nice things
The answer is, of course, C.
Only when we transform the state of the soil, is a transformed plant able to be expressed. New soil yields new plant life because we are approaching change at the level of the root; that layer of itself that serves as the basis for all potential growth and change.
Meditation is the means by which we are able to re-approach life from the level of cause/source. From the level of the soil. Too many times have we been at the effect of circumstance, attacking the symptoms and not their cause.
Plants rise from soil.
Plants are maintained by soil.
Plants fall back into soil.
Let's get to Know our roots.
Love,
Matt
