Description

For existing Vedic Meditators, weekly Group Meditation and Knowledge Meetings are free and are held every Monday at 6.30pm. About Limor:
Prior to becoming a Vedic Meditation teacher, Limor worked as a Director of an Investment Bank. In 2005, she began working on developing a purpose-built meditation centre in Double Bay where she now teaches full-time. The centre was designed by two architects who engaged specific Vedic principles to create a perfect space in which people can learn to meditate and expand their consciousness.

Having enjoyed the immediate and sustainable results from her meditation practice, Limor's decision to become a teacher was based on the desire to make this meditation technique available to everyone.

Limor has taught a wide variety of people to meditate in Sydney, Arizona and Los Angeles. She enjoys helping individuals achieve their life goals through meditation and related techniques.

Hours of work

- Knowledge Meetings on Mondays at 6:30pm
- Intro Talks on Mondays at 8pm
- Meditation Course times are usually at 6.30pm Tue, Wed, Thur, and Fri
