Description
Paula not only teaches Vedic meditation but has a background in teaching kids and is a certified California teacher. All knowledge meetings and courses will have a kids room for them to play while you learn. Courses run over the weekend to avoid busy commute times and facilitate busy work schedules...

Changed my Life - Seriously.

People make statements all the time about how "such and such" or "this and that" changed my life. And I usually laugh a bit when they do. However, Paula has equipped me with an easy, intuitive, permissive tool that has helped me be able to sort through my thoughts, get more rest, and be able to let the good times roll. My business took off, I got a girl, I began sleeping more, and the problem area relationships in my life are no longer an issue. I did not know that something like Vedic meditation existed and I am very happy that I took the time to come and hear Paula talk about it at her spot in Burbank. I am very very grateful to her for what she has taught me and continues to teach me today.

I love doing the meditation. It's lovely and my favorite part was Paula showing me how to meditate. All kids should meditate. Paula has a room for us to play in when our parents meditate at Knowledge meetings. See you there!
